Fascinated with the design! VERY comfortible drives like a Compact SUV with more space than the average Midsizer! I bought the Denali version and have been VERY pleased! I bought it 2 weeks after it came out and the quality is a LITTLE spotty (Acceptable with one of the first thousand built) hope this will help you in your purchase!

In shopping we compared the Acadia Denali with mid size vehicles from Lincoln Acura BME and Audi with 3 row seating. We have 4 grandchildren within 2 blocks so we need the six passenger vehicle. A big selling point for the Acadia is that the 3rd row seats are actually comfortable for adult size people. The other brands slope the roof of their vehicles so there is no head room. The Acadia come in a 6 or 7 passenger configuration. We found that the 2nd row bucket seats were far more comfortable than the bench seat. While all brands had heated seats the Acadia Denali came with cooled seats that really work, a more useful option in South Florida. Our other vehicle is a crew cab pickup and we were replacing a car. So, the fact that the 2017 Acadia is 6 inches shorter and 3 inches narrower than the Acadia limited was fine for us. The interior is not cramped and it is easy to park. Now for the guy stuff. The 310 hp V6 will light up the tires if you hit the gas. The suspension has multiple settings. When driving it feels kind of like a sports car. The electronics are amazing and all work as advertised. We are getting 19mpg in town. I suspect stop and go traffic would bring that down to 16. We have taken one long road trip and got 29 mpg all freeway. That is better than advertised so maybe we had a tailwind. I have owned 29 cars and this is my 2nd favorite, 69 L89 vette #1. Bottom line is this is a really great vehicle. The features of the Denali compare well to the luxury brands.

Loved my 2008 Acadia and downsized to a Terrain. Love the redesign and the comfort of the 2017 Acadia Denali during the test drive. Yes a foot shorter and a little less cargo capacity, however, it adequately meets our needs. We chose the 6 seater with the 360 camera system and front and rear parking assist. And the most important feature, my wife was comfortable driving it as well.
